Chester Lake Hike

Service Description

Join a certified wilderness guide and hike to the remarkable Chester Lake in Kananaskis Country! This casually paced walk, with some elevation gain, will take approximately 5-6 hours. We will depart from the trailhead at 10:30 am and we will take approximately 2 2.5 hours to reach Chester Lake with stops along the way followed by a gourmet lunch suited to individual dietary needs. We will return to the trailhead between 3:30 and 4:30 pm. Guests will either meet the guide at the junction of Highway 1 and Highway 40 (Kananaskis Highway) at the Stoney Nakoda Resort and Casino at 8:45 am and drive as a convoy to the trailhead or at the trailhead itself by 10 AM. Guests should possess average fitness and be able to carry a small pack. Guests will be required to bring hiking boots and layered all season clothing as well as water and snacks (A clothing/packing list will be provided).

Cancelation Policy

72 Hour's notice of cancellation is required in order to receive a refund (less the booking fee of $25). Cancellations within this time period will not receive a refund.
