Forest Bathing (Shinrin Yoku)

Service Description

You and your family or friend group will experience a 2.5-hour Forest Bathing Session. We typically walk no further than 1km. There are a few gathering circles during the session where participants can choose to share what they are experiencing. We will provide a clothing and what-to-bring list (which is typically appropriate clothing and footwear, water, and a snack). The price reflects a location within 1 hour of Calgary or Canmore. Typically in Kananaskis Country. (for additional locations requiring further travel, an additional surcharge will be charged based on distance)

Cancellation Policy

72 Hour's notice of cancellation is required in order to receive a refund (less the booking fee of $25). Cancellations within this time period will not receive a refund.
