Forest Bathing (Shinrin Yoku)

Service Description

Experience a remarkable 2.5-hour Forest Bathing Session. You will feel relaxed and rejuvenated! We typically walk no further than 1km on easy trails. You will have opportunities to be on your own with the forest and there will be a few gathering circles where participants can choose to share what they are experiencing. Locations vary between (near) Banff Townsite to Kananaskis country. We will decide on location upon registration. Price is for up to 4 participants. additional participants are $50 each. We will provide a clothing and what-to-bring list upon registration.

Cancellation Policy

48 Hour's notice of cancellation is required in order to receive a refund (less the booking fee of $25). Cancellations within this time period will not receive a refund.
